Service Policy – Charming Treasures

At Charming Treasures, we take great care in crafting each order with love and attention to detail. As many of our products are custom-made, we ask for your patience and understanding while we prepare your special items.

Processing Time

All personalised orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before shipping. Larger orders may require slightly more time, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Communication

We believe in open and friendly communication. Should we need to confirm any details or spellings, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email to avoid any delays.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this, production may already have started.

Quality Guarantee

Every item is thoroughly checked before it leaves our hands. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly assist.

Kind Reminder

Because most of our products are personalised, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless there’s an error on our side.
